Spring 2021 - Examining Implicit Bias

Note: The Road will take a two-week break; students attending Palm Sunday and Easter services with their families.
We will re-gather (virtually on Zoom) on Sunday, April 11th when, according to our youth group requested study, we will examine Implicit Bias: Women and Careers, & Women and Science.

We'll begin by taking the Harvard Tests for Implicit Bias and then enter into a discussion about what these results say about our own implicit biases and how we can best use this information in our daily lives.

Meeting each Sunday 5:30pm-7:30pm

Schedule of Events:
4:00pm Community Worship
5:00pm-5:30pm Coffee Hour

5:45pm - 7:30pm Youth Group Meeting

NOTE: Until the pandemic began, youth group meetings occurred over a shared meal. During this time of virtual gathering we recognize the importance of this meal. All are encouraged to bring their desired (or parent-desired;) meals to our virtual meetings as if we were gathered in person. Please do - our leaders do!

*Please note that often Deb will join The Journey Young Adult Discussion Group following parent pick-up.
There will be no supervision of youth after 7:30pm.
